How does company onboarding work?
A company creates an account and goes through a KYB (Know Your Business) verification process to confirm the entity, directors, and beneficial owners. Once approved, the company admin can invite employees and start issuing cards.
Can we set different limits for different employees?
Yes. Cards can have individual per-transaction and monthly spending limits that override the team default. Admins can adjust limits for specific employees or specific time periods without affecting the rest of the team.
Can this integrate with our accounting software?
Yes. We build export pipelines that produce transaction data in formats compatible with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and others. We can map expense categories to your chart of accounts and include cost center codes.
Can employees use the card on the same day they join?
Once KYB is complete and the company account is funded, new employees can be invited and issued a virtual card quickly — the card is available as soon as it is provisioned by the processor, typically within seconds.
What happens if an employee makes an unauthorized purchase?
Card controls (MCC restrictions, limits) prevent most unauthorized purchases at the authorization stage. For cases that slip through, we build a dispute intake workflow and provide admin tools for card blocking, spending review, and evidence submission to the processor.
Can this be branded as our own product?
Yes. The platform is fully branded with your product name and visual identity. We also offer white-label implementations where the underlying processor is not visible to users.
