What We Build

Asset Listings & Discovery

Structured listing pages for each tokenized asset with class, yield, risk rating, investment minimum, and key terms. Filterable marketplace view for investors to browse.

Investor Onboarding

KYC/KYB, accreditation screening, eligibility verification, and jurisdiction checks — all integrated before investors can access full listing details or transact.

Marketplace Filters

Asset type, yield range, risk rating, geography, minimum investment, and token standard filters. Saved searches and watchlists for returning investors.

Asset Detail Pages

Rich detail pages per asset: offering terms, legal structure summary, financial data, documents, issuer information, and current allocation status.

Primary Subscriptions

Subscription flow for new issuances: investment amount, document acceptance, payment, and token allocation. Supports fiat and stablecoin subscriptions.

Secondary Transfer Flows

Peer-to-peer transfer capability with on-chain transfer restriction enforcement. Both parties must be verified and eligible before a transfer can complete.

Transfer Restrictions

On-chain whitelist and eligibility enforcement at the smart contract level. Transfer restrictions are updated as investors complete or lose eligibility.

Investor Dashboard

Portfolio view showing all holdings, current valuations, distributions received, and pending transfers across asset classes.

Admin Dashboard

Marketplace operations: issuer management, asset listing approval, investor registry, compliance review, transfer approval workflows, and settlement monitoring.

Compliance & Regulatory Note

RWA marketplaces involve the distribution and secondary trading of securities or regulated investment products. Operating a marketplace for tokenized securities may require specific regulatory authorization (ATS, regulated market, multilateral trading facility, or similar) depending on jurisdiction. We build the technology platform and compliance tooling; we do not operate a regulated marketplace or provide investment services. You must work with qualified legal and compliance partners to structure the marketplace and obtain required authorizations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of assets can be listed on the marketplace?
Real estate, private credit, funds, tokenized treasuries, equity, and other compliant investment products can be listed. Each asset type has different compliance requirements for investor eligibility and transfer restrictions. The marketplace can be designed to support a single asset class or multiple.
How do secondary transfers work?
Secondary transfers are peer-to-peer token transfers between verified investors. The platform checks that both parties are eligible to hold the asset and meet any specific transfer conditions. The smart contract enforces these rules on-chain and rejects non-compliant transfers.
Can issuers self-list assets on the marketplace?
We can build self-service issuer listing tools where issuers submit asset details and documents for admin review and approval. The listing workflow is configurable based on how much control you want over what appears on the marketplace.
Can the marketplace support both primary and secondary markets?
Yes. Primary subscriptions are open during an offering window. Secondary transfers can occur between verified investors at any time (subject to lock-up periods and other restrictions). The marketplace interface and smart contract logic support both flows.
How are transfer restrictions managed at scale?
We build a centralized eligibility registry that feeds into the smart contract whitelist. When an investor passes KYC or loses eligibility, the registry is updated and the on-chain whitelist is synchronized. The admin dashboard provides visibility and control over the registry.
Can the marketplace be white-labeled?
Yes. We build fully branded marketplace platforms. If you are a tokenization provider licensing the marketplace to multiple issuers, we can build a multi-tenant architecture.
