Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Portal — Hyperliquid Tracker (“Portal”, “the app”), published by Gizmolab Software Inc (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Portal is

Portal is an independent, read-only analytics and tracking app for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. It lets you view public market data, charts, leaderboards, wallet and position activity, and to set up watchlists, alerts, widgets, and Live Activities.

2. What Portal is not

Portal does not, and is not designed to:

• place trades or submit orders;
• call any Hyperliquid trading/execution (/exchange) endpoint;
• sign blockchain transactions;
• generate, import, store, or export private keys or seed phrases;
• custody, hold, deposit, withdraw, swap, bridge, buy, or sell any funds or crypto assets;
• act as a broker, exchange, wallet, money transmitter, or investment adviser.

3. Not affiliated with Hyperliquid

Portal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyperliquid or its operators. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Not financial advice

Content in Portal is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market and on-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may differ from sources of record. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Any trading or financial activity you undertake happens outside Portal, at your own risk.

5. Optional sign-in

Wallet sign-in (via Dynamic.xyz) is optional and used only for personalization such as synced watchlists and alerts. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and credentials. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse the read-only nature of the app to perform unauthorized actions, scrape or overload our or third-party APIs, or use the app unlawfully.

7. Third-party services and links

Portal relies on and links to third-party services (Hyperliquid, Apple APNs, Dynamic.xyz, content delivery networks). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Data and features may change or become unavailable, including due to third-party outages.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gizmolab Software Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, reliance on its data, or any trading or financial decisions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
